This Privacy Policy explains how the Acorn HRMS mobile application collects, uses, and protects your information. This app is strictly for internal use by Acorn Universal Consultancy LLP employees only.

Who Can Use This App

This app is exclusively for employees of Acorn Universal Consultancy LLP. Login credentials are provided by the HR department. Unauthorized access is strictly not permitted.

Information We Collect

All login credentials (email address and password) used in this app are created and provided by Acorn Universal Consultancy LLP. Employees do not register themselves — access is granted by the company's HR department. No personal email or private password is collected from the employee.

The app accesses the following company-managed work-related information:

  • Company-assigned employee name and employee ID
  • Company-provided work email address (used for login)
  • Attendance and punch records (recorded by company systems)
  • Leave applications and approval status
  • Salary and payslip information (managed by HR)
  • Device token for push notifications (auto-generated by device)
  • Device type and app version (for technical support)

All information displayed in the app is company HR data, not personal data collected from the employee directly.

Your information is used only for the following purposes:

  • Displaying your HR information within the app
  • Sending push notifications for leave, attendance, and HR updates
  • Managing employee records within the company
  • Improving app performance and fixing technical issues

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google to send push notifications. Your device token is stored securely and used only to deliver HR-related notifications:

  • Leave approval or rejection updates
  • Late arrival and break duration alerts
  • Resignation status updates
  • Kudos Board peer recognitions
  • Company announcements

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party except the following services used solely for app functionality:

  • Firebase (Google) — for push notification delivery only
